Return Policy

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for a refund. We pay return shipping.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@usacomputersurplus.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We reply within 1 business day with a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Back up your files, sign out of your accounts and remove any passwords before you ship the computer.
  4. Pack the computer and the charger securely. The original packaging we sent works well.
  5. Once it reaches us, we inspect it and refund you within 5 business days, to your original payment method.

Restocking fees

Items returned in the condition we shipped them get a full refund.

A restocking fee may apply if an item comes back damaged, missing parts or accessories, or with wear that wasn't there when it shipped. The amount depends on the condition of the returned item, and we tell you the amount before we process your refund. Examples of when a fee applies: a cracked screen, a missing charger, or damage caused by poor packing on the way back to us.

Faulty items

If a refurbished computer develops a fault, our 30-Day Limited Warranty covers it, including after the 30-day return window. New products are covered by the same 30-day warranty, in addition to the manufacturer's warranty stated on the product page. Either way, email us and we'll sort it out; there is never a restocking fee on a faulty item.

Cancelling an order

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Orders placed before noon Central on a business day usually ship the same day, so please contact us quickly.

Refunds

  • Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
  • Your bank may take a few more days to show the money in your account.
  • Sales tax is refunded with the item.
  • Shipping is free on our orders, so there is no shipping charge to refund.
